Kyrgyzstan in November

October to November and it is cool with occasional rains in Kyrgyzstan, and time for the shepherds to return from thejailoos (mountain pastures) before the harsh depths of winter kick in. In Osh in the south, October can still reach highs of around 22 °C (72 °F), though in Bishkek in the north by November it regularly falls below 0 °C (32 °F)at night. However, the autumn is still a good time to get in some horse riding or cycling before it becomes too cold. October is also great for rafting, as the glacier melt is at its highest and the rapids fastest.
