Armenia in March

Spring begins to warm the winters of Armenia in the early days of March and lasts through mid-May. Accompanied by regular rains, the temperature hovers around 10 to 14 degrees Celcisus, though can be extremely variable in the more mountainous regions. Flowers begin blooming in the northern areas between April and May. Found in a subtropical zone, only the southern areas experience a more subtropical climate, as the northern areas are more affected by the elevation of the Caucasus Mountains. April and May are the rainiest months in Armenia, with 50 and 40 millimeters a month respectively in the capital of Yerevan.
